Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin: 10 units (0.1 mL) from a 10 mg vial + 2 mL water = 250 mcg Tesamorelin, 250 mcg Ipamorelin.

How the blend math works

Each peptide has its own concentration: its milligrams divided by the water you add. Whatever volume you draw, every peptide comes along in proportion. Dosing by one peptide sets the volume, and that volume sets the dose of all the others.

Tesamorelin: 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mLIpamorelin: 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL0.25 mg Tesamorelin ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.1 mL = 10 unitsTesamorelin: 0.1 mL × 2.5 mg/mL = 250 mcgIpamorelin: 0.1 mL × 2.5 mg/mL = 250 mcg

Common questions

How many units of Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin for 250 mcg of Tesamorelin?

In an example 10 mg Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin vial (5 mg Tesamorelin, 5 mg Ipamorelin) mixed with 2 mL of water, Tesamorelin is at 2.5 mg/mL, so 250 mcg is 10 units (0.10 mL) on a U-100 syringe. That same draw also contains 250 mcg Ipamorelin.

How much of each peptide is in 10 units of Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin?

10 units on a U-100 syringe is 0.10 mL. From an example 10 mg Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin vial (5 mg Tesamorelin, 5 mg Ipamorelin) with 2 mL of water, that draw holds 250 mcg Tesamorelin, 250 mcg Ipamorelin.
