GLOW blend calculator
A three-peptide blend vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. Work out how much of each peptide is in one draw, from the dose of one peptide or from the units you draw.

GLOW: 5 units (0.05 mL) from a 70 mg vial + 2 mL water = 1.25 mg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg BPC-157, 250 mcg TB-500.
How the blend math works
Each peptide has its own concentration: its milligrams divided by the water you add. Whatever volume you draw, every peptide comes along in proportion. Dosing by one peptide sets the volume, and that volume sets the dose of all the others.
What is in a GLOW vial
| Peptide | 70 mg vial | 50 mg vial |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg (71.4%) | 35 mg (70%) |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg (14.3%) | 5 mg (10%) |
| TB-500 | 10 mg (14.3%) | 10 mg (20%) |
Common questions
How many units of GLOW for 250 mcg of BPC-157?
In a 70 mg GLOW vial (50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500) mixed with 2 mL of water, BPC-157 is at 5 mg/mL, so 250 mcg is 5 units (0.05 mL) on a U-100 syringe. That same draw also contains 1.25 mg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg TB-500.
How much of each peptide is in 10 units of GLOW?
10 units on a U-100 syringe is 0.10 mL. From a 70 mg GLOW vial (50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500) with 2 mL of water, that draw holds 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg BPC-157, 500 mcg TB-500.
