- CJC-1295: Human data: two randomized placebo-controlled dose-escalation trials in healthy adults (16352683, which reports pharmacokinetics and safety), one uncontrolled study of GH pulsatility in 20-40 year old men (17018654) and a proteomic study in 11 men (19386527). All used the albumin-binding (DAC) form; CJC-1295 without DAC (sometimes sold as modified GRF 1-29) is not covered by this literature.
- CJC-1295: All human studies are in healthy adults and measured GH and IGF-I, not weight, muscle, sleep or energy outcomes. No human study measuring weight loss, muscle growth, sleep, energy or bodybuilding outcomes was found in PubMed as of 2 October 2026. Women over 50 and men over 50 have no age-specific data (participants were 21-61).
- CJC-1295: The sleep and weight-loss goals have no efficacy evidence; one study (26771670) only records why forum users say they use the peptide.
- CJC-1295: CJC-1295 is not an approved drug and there is no FDA label. No stability data were found.
- Ipamorelin: Human evidence is limited to two studies: a phase 2 randomized trial in 117 bowel-resection patients (25331030) that found no significant benefit over placebo for time to first tolerated meal, and a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic study in healthy male volunteers (10496658). No human trial of ipamorelin for the listed lifestyle goals has been published in PubMed as of 2 October 2026.
- Ipamorelin: No human study found for: energy, sleep, joint pain, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, menopause or perimenopause, longevity, belly fat, blood pressure, cholesterol, heart health, bulking, cutting, or age-specific goals (men and women over 40 or 50).
- Ipamorelin: Everything else is animal work (rat, swine, ferret) or pharmacology. The pain study (32801950) used visceral and paw hypersensitivity models, not joint or back pain. Body-weight and bone findings in rats do not show effects in people.
- Ipamorelin: Ipamorelin is not an approved drug and has no FDA label. No stability study was found.
