Evidence for injury recovery
Each row is an outcome related to injury recovery from a published study, strongest design first. Animal and cell results are labelled and are not human results. User reports are not counted as evidence here. No study has tested GLOW itself; rows are for each ingredient.

| TB-500: Maximum load to failure (TB-500) | Maximum load to failure was higher in both the BPC-157 and TB-500 groups than controls; the difference reached significance only for TB-500 (p < 0.05). | Animal · rat (not a human result)n = 32 | Joint diseases and related surgery 2026, PMID 42542926 |

How strong is it?
A human randomized trial outweighs any number of animal studies. Animal and cell results show a mechanism worth testing, not that it works in people.
What counts as a sports injury
MedlinePlus notes that people can injure themselves when they play sports or exercise.[15]
The human results for injury and wound healing
In patients with diabetic foot ulcers, a topical GHK-Cu gel closed ulcers three times faster than standard care and vehicle.[2]
A systematic review of BPC-157 for orthopaedic injury described one human study in which 7 out of 12 people with chronic knee pain felt relief after one knee injection.[3]
The same review says animal studies showed no harmful effects but there is no clinical safety data in humans.[3]
Injury findings in animals and cells
In a rat Achilles tendon transection model, BPC-157 was reported to give a smaller tendon defect and full recovery of tendon integrity (animal study).[16]
Topical copper tripeptide on ischemic open wounds in rats reduced wound area by 64.5% by day 13, against 45.6% for vehicle and 28.2% for control (animal study).[17]
GHK-Cu-loaded liposomes shortened scald wound healing time in mice to 14 days (animal study).[8]
After ACL reconstruction in rats, GHK-Cu improved knee laxity at 6 weeks but not at 12 weeks, so the benefit did not last once treatment stopped (animal study).[9]
What is not shown
None of the 7 cached studies behind this page tested the three-part blend itself; they tested GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 separately in people, rats, mice and cell cultures.
Calculated from cached studies 17147644, 14648529, 28370978, 25731775, 11176716, 40756949, 14554208; studies of all three components together 0. Formula: count of cached studies testing GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 together = 0

Common questions
Does GLOW help with injury recovery?
The strongest study we summarise for injury recovery is human rct evidence, for an ingredient rather than the blend, across 26 studies with an outcome for injury recovery. A trial result is not an approval; see the legal status.
Is GLOW approved for injury recovery?
No. GLOW is not FDA approved for any use, including injury recovery.
Can GLOW peptide help injuries heal?
Only single components have been studied: 30 of the 33 tagged outcomes are animal results, 3 are human, and none tests the blend.
Calculated from animal outcomes 30; human outcomes 3; blend studies 0. Formula: cached tagged outcomes = 33; blend studies = 0
Is there human safety data for BPC-157?
A systematic review says no.[3]
