Evidence for injury recovery

Each row is an outcome related to injury recovery from a published study, strongest design first. Animal and cell results are labelled and are not human results. User reports are not counted as evidence here. No study has tested KLOW itself; rows are for each ingredient.

How strong is it?

Strongest evidence:Human RCT evidence, 4 of 4TB-500: Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences 2010, PMID 20536470

A human randomized trial outweighs any number of animal studies. Animal and cell results show a mechanism worth testing, not that it works in people.

Sports injuries and the treatments MedlinePlus lists

MedlinePlus names rest, ice, compression and elevation as the usual first treatment for a sports injury.[15]

Healing outcomes for each component

GHK-Cu gel was tested on diabetic foot ulcers in a placebo-controlled trial, with a higher closure rate than vehicle.[2]

In mice with scalds, GHK-Cu in liposomes was followed by a healing time of 14 days.[8]

In a rat model of ACL reconstruction, GHK-Cu injections improved knee laxity at 6 weeks, but not at the later check.[9]

BPC-157 helped tendon fibroblasts in the lab to move and survive stress, and the proposed pathway is FAK-paxillin.[16]

A review of BPC-157 summarizes animal gains in muscle, tendon, ligament and bone injuries.[3]

The TB500 sequence in a hydrogel sped epithelial regrowth in a corneal burn model, an injury model and not a sports injury.[6]

A search matching all four components together returned 0 PubMed records on 2 Oct 2026, so the blend has no injury-recovery study.

Calculated from search GHK-Cu terms AND BPC-157 terms AND (TB-500 OR thymosin beta-4 terms) AND KPV terms; date 2026-10-02; count 0; page topic injury recovery; source our combinations data ghk-cu__klow. Formula: records matching all four components = count = 0

Common questions

Does KLOW help with injury recovery?

The strongest study we summarise for injury recovery is human rct evidence, for an ingredient rather than the blend, across 26 studies with an outcome for injury recovery. A trial result is not an approval; see the legal status.

Is KLOW approved for injury recovery?

No. KLOW is not FDA approved for any use, including injury recovery.

Does KLOW speed injury recovery?

Healing results are for individual components in rodents or in single-product human trials.[2]
