Does Semax help with anxiety?

The same rat study found Semax made no difference to animals that were not anxious to begin with.[1]
Other findings
In young rats stressed by maternal deprivation, Semax normalized anxiety levels, again an animal result.[2]
In healthy volunteers, Semax and Selank changed resting brain connectivity between the right amygdala and temporal regions. The abstract reports imaging, not anxiety scores, so it does not show an anxiety benefit.[3]
