ACTH(4-10) analogUpdated

Short answer

In stroke rehabilitation patients, Semax was associated with faster improvement on the Barthel index of daily function.[1]

In a peptic ulcer trial, 89.5% of patients on Semax had healed ulcers by day 14, versus 30.8% of controls.[2]

Other proposed uses

Attention, memory and focus are not backed by a trial cited here; ADHD appears only as a proposal that Semax may have therapeutic potential.[3]

The brain-protection and memory findings are from rats with induced ischemia, not people.[4]
