What the retrieved abstracts (mostly on thymosin beta-4) say about bone health

In cultured human mesenchymal stem cells, thymosin beta-4 (the parent protein of TB-500) inhibited the cells' bone-forming differentiation, the opposite of what a bone-building claim would predict; it is a cell study on thymosin beta-4, not on TB-500.[11]

A scoping review of six musculoskeletal peptides, TB-500 among them, found that human data were heterogeneous and showed modest improvements at best for metabolic bone health and degenerative knee pain; the finding is pooled across the peptides.[12]

The same review concluded that the claimed benefits of these emerging peptides remain unsubstantiated by current human trials.[12]
