Short answer
Not shown for GHK-Cu alone. The scalp-injection pilot study used a mix of growth factors and thymosin β4 with copper tripeptide-1 as only one ingredient.[1]
That open-label, single-arm pilot reported reduced hair fall on a pull test in 83% of patients, but with no control group and many ingredients the result cannot be attributed to copper tripeptide.[1]
A large combination-therapy series
A large series of men reported high satisfaction at follow-up, but the regimen combined finasteride, minoxidil and an injectable solution that included copper tripeptide among a dozen ingredients.[2]
A review says human trials of GHK-Cu are mostly small facial-cream studies.[3]
