Evidence for inflammation
Each row is an outcome related to inflammation from a published study, strongest design first. Animal and cell results are labelled and are not human results. User reports are not counted as evidence here. No study has tested KLOW itself; rows are for each ingredient.

How strong is it?
A human randomized trial outweighs any number of animal studies. Animal and cell results show a mechanism worth testing, not that it works in people.
What inflammation is
MedlinePlus explains that long-lasting inflammation can damage healthy tissue.[14]
Anti-inflammatory outcomes reported for each component
GHK-Cu lowered TNF-α and IL-6 in lipopolysaccharide-injured mouse lungs and in lab-grown macrophages.[5]
GHK-Cu reduced lung inflammation and fibrosis in mice with silicosis.[4]
BPC-157 reduced inflammation and bone loss around a ligature-injured molar in rats.[7]
KPV acted through the PepT1 transporter to reduce inflammatory signalling in human gut cells in the lab.[9]
A recombinant thymosin beta-4 gel, which is a different product from TB-500, beat ketoconazole lotion for scalp seborrheic dermatitis in a human study.[1]
No PubMed record matched all four components together on 2 Oct 2026, so the blend as a mix has not been tested on inflammation.
Calculated from search GHK-Cu terms AND BPC-157 terms AND (TB-500 OR thymosin beta-4 terms) AND KPV terms; date 2026-10-02; count 0; page topic inflammation; source our combinations data ghk-cu__klow. Formula: records matching all four components = count = 0

Does KLOW help with inflammation?
The strongest study we summarise for inflammation is human rct evidence, for an ingredient rather than the blend, across 13 studies with an outcome for inflammation. A trial result is not an approval; see the legal status.
Is KLOW approved for inflammation?
No. KLOW is not FDA approved for any use, including inflammation.
What is the best peptide for inflammation?
There is no single answer. Our inflammation overview compares each candidate by evidence grade and legal status rather than by popularity.
Is KLOW anti-inflammatory?
Anti-inflammatory results exist for the separate components in animals and cells, and no human study of the blend exists.[1]
