The Genotropin label says estrogen-replete women may need higher doses than men to reach the treatment goal.[12]

The Humatrope label says women may require higher doses, as may patients on oral estrogen.[13]

The Norditropin label says oral estrogens may reduce the IGF-1 response, so patients on oral estrogen may need greater dosages.[14]

Genotropin's pregnancy section says limited data are insufficient to determine a drug-associated risk of adverse developmental outcomes.[12]

The Norditropin label says there is no information on somatropin in human milk.[14]
