- No randomized trial was found for tirzepatide in anxiety, ADHD, menopause, rheumatoid arthritis or osteoporosis in PubMed as of 2 October 2026. The only osteoporosis item is an observational cohort association (higher risk), not a trial.
- Psoriatic arthritis (TOGETHER-PsA) is a phase 3b trial of tirzepatide combined with ixekizumab, not tirzepatide alone.

Common questions
How long does Tirzepatide take to work?
The studies we summarise measured outcomes at set points, for example Primary weight outcome at Week 72; Primary endpoint (HbA1c) at Week 40. Timelines outside studies vary.
Do you show Tirzepatide before and after photos?
No. Photos can't be verified, rarely show dose, diet or other drugs, and only the most dramatic ones get posted. We summarize measured outcomes instead.
