  • Enclomiphene is not FDA approved and has no label. Phase 3 trials (ZA-304 and ZA-305, PMID 26496621) were run for secondary hypogonadism.
  • No study in athletes or bodybuilders was found for muscle growth or bodybuilding; the studies report hormones and sperm counts only, not body composition or performance.
  • No enclomiphene study reporting weight outcomes was found; the obese-men phase 3 studies report hormone outcomes.
  • Six trials and meta-analyses are in hypogonadal men; two of them (PMID 36604313 and 41066380) pool clomiphene with enclomiphene, so pooled numbers are not enclomiphene-only except where separated.
  • No half-life for enclomiphene was found (PMID 23875626 ran pharmacokinetics but gives no number). Zuclomiphene pharmacokinetic studies are not for enclomiphene.
  • Cardiovascular safety is poorly characterised; one case report is included and does not establish causality.
