Short answer

No trial measured libido gain directly, but in a retrospective cohort of men decreased libido was reported significantly less often on enclomiphene than on clomiphene.[1]

What the data show

The cohort was retrospective: men at one academic centre who had taken clomiphene and were later prescribed enclomiphene, so there was no placebo group.[1]

Testosterone rose by a median of 166 ng/dL on enclomiphene versus 98 on clomiphene, a gap that was not statistically significant.[1]

A short evidence review concludes that symptom improvement with these drugs is comparable to testosterone replacement, based on retrospective cohort data.[2]
