Short answer

No cached trial reports testicles getting larger; a review says enclomiphene may maintain testicular volume while restoring testosterone.[1]

In two phase III studies, sperm concentration stayed in the normal range on enclomiphene, while the testosterone gel group saw a marked reduction.[2]

In a small trial every man tested had higher sperm counts on enclomiphene at both timepoints.[3]

In male mice given the isolated enclomiphene isomer for a long period, testicular histology was unchanged (animal data).[4]
