Short answer

In a small phase IIB trial, testosterone fell back to pretreatment values one month after enclomiphene treatment ended.[1]

What was measured after treatment ended

In a dose-comparison phase II study, the rises in LH and testosterone carried on after stopping, for at least a week.[2]

Sperm counts stayed higher at follow-up in men who had taken enclomiphene, unlike men who had used testosterone gel.[1]

That trial enrolled only 12 men with secondary hypogonadism, so the pattern after stopping is based on very few people.[1]
